Set Up Your PIN
If your card supports ATM cash advances or chip-and-PIN transactions, set up your PIN before you need it. You can create or update your PIN through your Capital One online account, by calling the number on the back of your card, or at select ATMs that offer PIN management options.Enroll in AutoPay
Avoid missed payments and late fees by enrolling in AutoPay as soon as your card is active. Sign in to your Capital One account, navigate to the Payments section, and select AutoPay. Choose whether to automatically pay the minimum payment, the full statement balance, or a custom fixed amount each month — then confirm your linked bank account.Enable Account Alerts
